How can I update my on file Credit Card details?

For thewebsites.com.au customers: You can update your stored credit card information or view the last four digits of the card currently stored in the system by visiting the 'Credit Card Details' section under 'Billing' Tab after login. You will have the optioin to add, update or remove the on file credit card.

For ausdomains.com.au customers: You can update your stored credit card information or view the last four digits of the card currently stored in the system by visiting the 'Setup Auto Renewal' section in the left menu after login. You will have the optioin to add, update or remove the on file credit card.

If you select 'Credit Card' as your payment method, it simply means that 1-3 days before the due date of your invoice, we will debit your card the amount stipulated on the invoice.
