TheWebsites Social Media Disclaimer

This page has been created to help explain to customers how social media services work and what you should expect. If you have any questions about the information contained here, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at any time. We're always available to answer any questions you have!

When we refer to our "social media services", we are talking about any of the services we provide for FaceBook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, or Google Plus. These are all completed with accounts created by us. The reason people order these services is to make their profiles, pages, photos, videos, etc. look more popular than they actually are. Most Internet users are more inclined to get involved in social media pages that appear to be popular. By ordering our services, we will make it look popular so that when real people go to it, they are more likely to get involved in it.

From time to time the social media websites that we provide services for will update their systems. When this happens it can cause your likes, followers, views, etc. to drop drastically within a short period of time. As with any company that provides services like we do, it's impossible to know when these updates may take place. However, when they do it not only effects us, but also every one of our competitors. If you're buying any of the same services from our competitors you may not see this happen at the same time but it does normally happen within a month because most social media websites do rolling updates. For example, when FaceBook updates features on profile pages, not everyone gets the new features at the same time. The same idea applies to updates in their security settings that are built to combat buying social media services.

We understand that we have no control over this happening to customers. It could happen months after you've placed an order or just days afterwards. This is one of the reasons we charge so much less than our competitors. In fact, we normally charge about 1/2 of the price that our main competitors would be charging you for any of our social media services. This basically means you could order our service 2 times in a row and we would still be charging you less than any of our competitors. Plus, we are offering you a ton more than them! The reason we are able to do this is because of the shear number of servers, proxies, and staff that we maintain to keep up with all the orders we receive on a daily basis - it gives us the ability to offer pricing that nobody else could compete with.

Our strategic approach to providing social media services is also much safer than our competitors even though we can't control if any are lost. With a lot of competitors you take the chance of your actual accounts being blocked because they require access to them. When you provide a company with access to one of your accounts, it makes it significantly easier for the social network to link the two together and block your account. We have never had an account blocked for using our services.

Please note that we do not provide refunds if anything we provide decreases since there's no way for us to control that. There is also no way for us to know if those losses were from accounts created by us, real people, or any of our competitors you may have purchased services from. Sometimes you lose likes, followers, views, etc. quickly when social media websites do big updates. At other times it is 100% normal to see a gradual decrease since social media websites are constantly disabling accounts that they think were created to send fake likes, followers, views, etc. Regardless of how quickly you see decreases, we can assure you that it's completely normal.

While we do apologize if you lose any of the likes, followers, or views that you purchase, it's important to us that you understand that it isn't something we have any control over and would happen to any other company as well. However, we are consistently updating our methods to prevent this type of thing from happening too often. For example, we advertise that we send 10,000 Twitter followers but we actually send around 20,000 most of the time. We do this to help make sure that even if you lost 5,000 from an update, you still have 15,000 which is what you originally paid for. We aren't always able to do this, but do try our best to do it as much as possible.

Please note that there are companies out there that advertise "permanent" likes, followers, views, and so on. This is impossible for any company to guarantee. Nobody except the social media website has control over that and their automated system disables accounts on a daily basis. You should never rely on social media services being permanent nor is that the point of them. The point of buying in large quantities like you do from us is to make your social pages appear more popular than they are so that real people will start getting involved in them and compensate for any of the losses you see in social media services. Depending on how good you are at getting real people that are interested in your social pages is completely up to you. Some of our customers manage to do it in a month and never re-order with us, while others it can take longer and they order from us more often to keep up their numbers.

We do not normally have many problems with YouTube views or Instagram followers because their systems update rarely. Twitter has started updating more in the past year and you will lose followers over time but there aren't normally drastic decreases in followers. However, FaceBook is by far the most popular social media website that decreases the amount of likes that we send. Regardless of what social media service you order, there is the inherent risk of losing likes, followers, views, etc. since neither us nor you can control it. But every time that there is an update we learn from it and improve our methods. Sometimes this involves changing the types of profiles we create, how quickly we complete the order, or how we actually process the order.

We are actively monitoring every social media website that we provide services for. That in combination with the hundreds of emails we receive within the first few hours of a major update assures us that we are always aware when an update takes place. We take stuff like this very seriously and are constantly working to update our system.

We provide a large range of services to our customers. Every order that we complete is a reflection on our company and how we do business. It would be very easy for us to not offer social media services and still maintain thousands of active orders every day. But every order we complete puts us at risk of having a customer that isn't happy with it when one of the social media websites updates their system. If at any time we thought we couldn't offer you the best service in our industry, we would stop offering that specific service because it's just one out of the 50+ services we offer. However, at this time, we firmly stand behind every service we offer as being the best in our industry.

The information above may be a bit more than you were looking for but it is important to us that you understand exactly what's happening with any orders that you place at EnvisionForce. The bottom line is that when a social media website updates, it will effect the our customers and the customers of any of our competitors. We don't want you to think this is an isolated incident with our company and that nobody is effected except for you. However, we can assure you that none of our competitors are able to match our pricing, services, or support. And of course, if you have any questions about this please don't ever hesitate to get in touch with us.
